Knowing that our Professional Customer Care Operators are only a push of a button away at all times is priceless for your peace of mind.

A PERS has three components: a small radio transmitter (a help button carried or worn by you), a console connected to your telephone, and our emergency response center that monitors your calls. When emergency help (medical, fire, or police) is needed, you simply press the transmitter's help button. It sends a radio signal to the console. The console automatically dials the pre-selected emergency telephone numbers.

Our PERS System is programmed to telephone our emergency response center where your call is identified and handled by one of our professionally trained operators, who will talk to you to determine the nature of the emergency. Our operators will review the medical and contact information you have provided us and check to see who is to be notified.

If the center cannot contact you or determine whether an emergency exists, they will alert emergency service providers to go to your home. Our operator will stay on the line with you to monitor the situation until the crisis is resolved.
